Refund policy

Due to the nature of crystals and small-batch items, all sales are final. At this time, Luna Cove Minerals does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once an order has been shipped, Luna Cove Minerals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, damage caused during transit, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of crystals. 

All orders are carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely. However, shipping carriers are responsible for handling packages during transit. If an issue occurs, I'm happy to provide tracking information or carrier details so you an file a claim directly with the postal service.
